1. Explore Articles on the Helpdesk

Our helpdesk is the first place to look when you have a question. It’s packed with detailed articles and guides covering everything from setting up your account to advanced features of Basker. Use the search bar to quickly find the information you need.

2. Use the Chat Feature

If you can’t find the answer in the helpdesk, our chat feature is here to assist you. Simply click the chat icon within the Basker dashboard to connect with our support team. They can guide you through any issues or queries in real time. You can also access the Chat feature directly in the Basker Studio.

3. Support for Custom Themes

For clients using a custom theme, please note that support for theme-specific issues must come from your theme developer. Whilst our team can assist with general Basker functionality, any theme-related customisations fall outside the scope of our support. Contact your theme developer directly for help with customisations, integrations, or theme-specific troubleshooting.
